Practical OKR guidance, written by practitioners

Every resource on this page was developed from real OKR rollouts — not from textbooks. The OKR Hub team has delivered OKR programmes across more than 28 industries, training over 2,000 people in organisations ranging from fast-growing scale-ups to enterprise teams at BBC, Shell and Citibank. These resources distil the patterns, mistakes and frameworks that come up in nearly every engagement.

The OKR Rollout Blueprint is a complete implementation guide covering five stages: mobilisation, setting company OKRs, running a pilot cycle, scaling across the organisation, and sustaining the programme. It includes session agendas, quality checklists and a maturity heatmap. The OKR Focus Flow Guide covers our proprietary four-stage methodology — Diagnose, Design, Deploy, Deepen — in a 24-page PDF with OKR writing templates and a 12-week cycle planning guide. The OKR Maturity Assessment is an 8-minute diagnostic that scores your organisation across six dimensions and delivers a personalised recommended next step.

Frequently asked questions

Are these OKR resources really free?

Yes. The OKR Rollout Blueprint is free to read with no email required. The OKR Focus Flow Guide PDF is delivered free by email. The OKR Maturity Assessment is free and takes 8 minutes — results are sent to your inbox.

What is the OKR Focus Flow methodology?

OKR Focus Flow is The OKR Hub's proprietary implementation framework. It breaks OKR adoption into four stages: Diagnose (assess your current state), Design (build the right OKR architecture), Deploy (run the first cycle with expert support), and Deepen (embed the habits and internal capability to sustain OKRs independently).

How is the OKR Maturity Assessment different from a readiness assessment?

The assessment adapts to your situation. If your organisation has never used OKRs, it routes you through a readiness track — measuring factors like strategic clarity, leadership commitment and measurement culture. If you already have OKRs in place, it routes you through a maturity track — measuring OKR quality, review cadence, alignment and internal capability. You get a score and named level that reflects where you actually are.

Can I use these resources without hiring The OKR Hub?

Absolutely. The resources are designed to be self-sufficient. Many organisations use the Blueprint and Focus Flow Guide to run their own OKR rollout. Where teams want additional support — coaching, programme design or a trained facilitator — we offer consulting and training services separately.

Want expert help rather than a guide?

The resources here are designed to be useful on their own. But if you want an experienced OKR practitioner alongside you — to avoid the false starts, build the right habits and make OKRs stick — we'd love to talk.
