Nothing formal. Just a sense of where you are with OKRs — whether you're just starting, stuck mid-rollout or looking to go deeper. We'll take it from there.
Is this really free?
Yes. We offer these calls because we'd rather understand your situation before recommending anything. If there's a fit, we'll propose next steps. If not, we'll tell you that too.
What happens after the call?
We'll send a short summary of what we discussed and, if relevant, a suggested approach. There's no pressure to proceed — we're happy to be a useful sounding board.
