How long does the coaching programme run?
The standard programme includes four 60-minute sessions, typically delivered over 4–8 weeks. This gives enough time between sessions to apply the learning and come back with real progress and new questions.
Do I need prior OKR experience?
No prior experience is required. We support both beginners and experienced practitioners. If you're new to OKRs, we'll build your foundations. If you're more advanced, we'll work on the nuances holding your practice back.
